Audio quality and sound effects are spot on, visual is good. Super creepy atmosphere is well done. Only negative I can think to suggest is that I wish it had been longer and that whatever happened in the house and/or what the monster is was explained at least a little bit.

when i FINALLY escaped the garage i went to the front door and i got jumpscared and the door pushed me out and locked me out... and there was no way else in

also make a setting to lower the volume and mouse sense

Thank you for alerting me about this error. I will fix this error and update the game.

It looks amazing, but unfortunately, my PC can barely handle it. If I had the option to turn off motion blur and other performance killers, I would love to replay it and explore every square meter of the house! The mechanics seem to be smooth, and the inventory, the menu - all the overlay stuff - look professional as heck! You did a really great job, but again, I can’t fully enjoy it because of the performance. My PC is not very powerful (but not too bad either), so I can’t blame it all on you, but some settings would help a lot! I might try to find a user settings file or something and do it myself - then edit the review. If I can’t fix this myself, I will patiently wait for an update eventually :) I love what I see though!! It looks really good, hope I can complete it someday :)

Now that is what I call smooth! Stable FPS!
so, here are my notes (written as I am playing)

(1) Okay, I shall not go around the house, got it.

(2) Things I tried but couldn't do/ stuff I wish was there:
open/close windows or curtains; or fridge
Look inside the house from outside, maybe blurred
outdoor ambiance, generally more variation for ambiance, there was a really noticeable pause when the music ended and repeated.
A bit of reasoning why things happen. The electronic laughter for example felt out of place.

(3) It took me quite a minute to figure out how to use the key, I was at the correct door 2 times, that's not bad though. I had to laugh at myself. I know it said how to use it outside, but I couldn't go out to check anymore after playing a bit ^^

(4) For the protagonist's scared noises I keep thinking he gets shocked a bit too late. The moment the camera turns and I actually jump in my chair the character still takes his time and when I am relaxed again he goes "huh", The sound effect could eventually come a bit earlier for my liking

(5) this garage gives me phasmo vibes.

I will give it a break. But man, this is an amazing piece of work! I wish there was a little more detail as in options to interact with the environment. I often go around that kind of house with the thought "Oh, can I do 'this' CLICK - E - E - E RIGHTCLICK - aaw :("
Also gotta compliment you on the item descriptions. Is this your full-time job or are you just talented af? (:

Idk if anyone else considers this a bit annoying, but I feel like turning the character (or trying to point the courser on something) can feel a bit janky because the movement seems to happen a second or 2 after the actual mouse movement, so I keep waddling with the cursor around objects instead of hitting them first try - that might be caused by motion blur, not sure. (The delay is shorter  (better) on low settings! :) )

Thank you very very much! :) Especially for making this free!!  (Break)

(6) I now noticed, after turning on the candles, tabbing out to type, tabbing back in to see the candles being burnt down I realized that I have nothing left to do in the garage, so I checked the videos up top, and that crazy stuff did not happen for me. I am stuck? O.o
^ actually was. had to reload save.

(7) The physics-based objects in the storage room make the player act and move weirdly, bouncing around, that kind of stuff. (when standing on objects that currently move)

(8) Kinda wishing for some kind of 2nd light mechanic. Maybe similar to (visage?!) where you have X amount of bulbs to use with the possibility of them breaking again
(Break)

Thank you for these fine details

I will take into consideration for game improvement and upcoming games

I do this for a hobby

I hope you will wait for my next games

Thank you    :)

I will definitely try to be one of the first to get a hand at it!! :)
Really curious to see what's to come!
For a hobby project, it's an amazing piece.
If anything I consider the audio your biggest 'problem' to tackle.
In case I ever learn  how to make a game, and need someone to design
inventory, menu, and UI you'd be my first go-to!
Good Job, again! :)
